⚈ Please be sure to provide a reachable email address. You will receive your tickets along with all relevant information about the attractions, one day before your tour date, via email.

⚈ This is not a guided tour. You’ll enter the attraction independently at the time of your choosing within operating hours.

⚈ The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with last entry at 5:45 p.m. and rooms clearing at 6:15 p.m. The museum is closed on Mondays, January 1st, May 1st, and December 25th.

⚈ Admission is free for visitors under 18 (all nationalities), EU/EEA residents aged 18–25 (must present valid ID or residency proof)

⚈ Waiting at security is possible during busy periods, but your ticket does not give priority access.

⚈ Items larger than 55 × 35 × 20 cm are not permitted inside.

⚈ The museum is fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility (one historic room cannot be adapted). Wheelchairs and seat canes are available upon request at reception (ID required, reservation not required).

⚈ Suitcases and bulky baggage are not allowed and cannot be stored within the museum.

⚈ A free cloakroom is available at the Hôtel Biron entrance to the permanent collections.

⚈ Guide and assistance dogs are welcome with valid documentation.

⚈ Departure frequency ranges from every 30 minutes to every hour. Exact departure times will be printed on your ticket.

⚈ River cruise tickets are valid for one month from the selected travel date.

⚈ During peak seasons, waiting times for the cruise may be longer due to high visitor volume. Your patience is appreciated.

⚈ Boats hold up to 300 passengers in good weather, and 120 passengers in rainy weather to meet safety regulations.

⚈ All boats are non-smoking, though smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace.

⚈ Audio guides are available onboard in 14 languages: French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

⚈ In the car park area, cruise passengers are entitled to 1 hour of free parking. Please retain your ticket until the end of your cruise.
